Recently, answering a question about 180mm lenses I touched upon a subject of optical schemes and paid your attention that many lenses Carl Zeiss under the name Sonnar those actually aren’t, they are Ernostar, and the real Sonnar lenses are just the Soviet Floodlights.
All of us look for certain ideal lenses with beautiful bokeh, we compare them, considering lens “drawing”, a bokeh which it gives. On search of all lenses we cam spend the heap of time and money. But the matter is that optical schemes are much less, than lenses, and “drawing” and a bokeh are generally caused just by the optical scheme and a form of a diaphragm. Still we have the influence of the glass composition, but nevertheless is much less, than these two parameters.
So I will start systematizing the lenses Carl Zeiss and Leica and their Soviet analogs. I think you understand that it is much more interesting to buy a lens for less money, simply to try, whether it has a good bokeh, than to buy a lens at once for big money. Here when you were already defined, what drawing of a lens is pleasant to you, it is possible to pursue contrast, resistance to patches of light and sharpness of a lens.
